Discover how MiHi Entertainment partnered with DHL at CES 2025 to deliver an AI Experience that boosted engagement, ROI, and showcased their customer-first solutions.
EVENT GOALS
At CES 2025, DHL aimed to engage their VIP clients (approximately 80 attendees) with an activation that highlighted how DHL addresses key customer pain points and simplifies their lives. The goal was to create a memorable, personalized experience that showcased DHL’s ability to remove obstacles and deliver seamless solutions.
To achieve this, the activation focused on three specific pain points identified by DHL: “Firefighting Yesterday’s Problems,” “Constantly Playing Catch Up,” and “Your 3PL Not in Sync.” Each pain point was represented through a unique aesthetic, capturing a “before” scenario where the customer is depicted in a stressful situation and an “after” scenario illustrating a joyful and peaceful resolution with DHL’s help.
Participants took a single photo, which was transformed into two AI-generated images reflecting their chosen pain point. The final output paired the “before” and “after” visuals, creating a powerful representation of how DHL alleviates customer challenges and delivers a streamlined experience.


EXECUTION
To deliver a seamless and immersive branded experience, the project featured a custom-designed booth wrap and backdrop, ensuring a cohesive and visually striking environment.
Advanced technology was incorporated through a tailored AI-powered data collection survey, enabling valuable insights and participant engagement.
The photo booth experience was fully customized to align with the brand's identity, offering a unique twist with dual AI-generated photos presented in a single print, creating a memorable and innovative takeaway for attendees.
