4. Payment Terms

Failure to make payment as agreed may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of any deposits paid.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MiHi Entertainment and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Photos and videos taken during our services may be used by MiHi Entertainment for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. You retain rights to use photos and videos for personal use.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MiHi Entertainment, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification
